Best Western Posada Royale Hotel & Suites, Simi Valley

The hotel offers a nice living area with a built-in desk, couch, large TV, and a small counter area with a microwave and fridge. The room had a door separating the bed from the sitting area, overlooking the inner courtyard and pool, despite a couple of holes in the ceiling.

Although the hotel had a few drawbacks, it offered some positives like friendly staff and a convenient location. The room had a strong odor and was not up to standard, leading us to leave early. The service was outstanding, with staff knowledgeable and helpful. The location was tranquil with great views, and the dining experience was satisfactory. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs but provided decent value for the money.

The hotel's rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with a mini fridge, and definitely worth the price paid. The service is great, easily handling special requests and ensuring rooms and restrooms are properly cleaned. The location is excellent, nestled in the valley with beautiful surroundings and excellent staff. The dining experience offers delicious options, including made-to-order omelets, and more variety than typical continental breakfasts. Overall, a cozy and friendly hotel with fantastic amenities.
